Coleman Vineyard - Located in Oregon's McMinnville AVA, receives cooling afternoon breezes that produce grapes with signature dark cherry flavor, and more acid and tannins than surrounding areas.

"The 2006 Pinot Noir Coleman Vineyard is medium ruby-colored with a bouquet of toast, cherry, and spice box. On the palate it is the most intense of the Seufert wines with good concentration, lively acidity, and the best balance. Bishop Creek Vineyard - Located in Oregon's Yamhill-Carlton District AVA, Bishop Creek is Certified Sustainable by LIVE (Low Input Viticulture and Enology) and Salmon Safe. This Pinot is for the traditionalist that loves Burgundian style wine. "an earthy Pinot with ripe aromas of black cherry and violet; flavors consist of a smoke, pepper and coffee with hints of green tea."
